Street Improvement projects including Street Overlay, Street

utilizing different treatments such as Chip Seal,, Slurry Seal, AC

overlay, new

sidewalk, curb/gutter, driveway approaches, and handicap ramp

construction.

Storm drainage systems and Sewer mains required structures, such as

manholes, catch basins, and reinforced concrete box culverts. Sewer

landscape and irrigation systems. Inspected pipeline pressure testing

operation.

Project responsibilities have included overseeing the inspectors in

From July 2008 to November 2012 I have inspected variety of projects for

Caltrans.

Inspect and supervise to make sure that the contractors are following the

Job Specs, and the Special Provisions requirements.

I conducted weekly SWPPP inspection of the projects sites and the

Contractors facilities.

I have the ability to read plans and inspect as required.

Inspection of various types of concrete barriers, concrete slabs, and

drain structures construction and maintenance.

Inspect hardscape concrete and asphalt construction.

Corrugated and concrete drain pipe removal and installation.

Inspect large scale asphalt paving operations, over 10,000 tons in

24/hrs. schedule with two HMA plants in operation.

Rebar installation and tying.

Safety is very important at each job site. Ability to follow traffic

design

requirements for installation of K-rails, crash cushions, and other

safety devices.

Ability to perform variety of tasks on the computer such as creating

spread

sheets, and folders to store digital pictures with details for reference

at a future date.

Ability to fill out daily reports and accountability for each unit

charged.
