Allied Automotive Group is the largest auto transport company in the U.S. and is responsible for moving ~70% of new cars
from manufacturers to dealers. My primary interactions were with the VP of Pricing and Financial Analysis, the EVP of
Operations, and the CFO.
- Championed the role of pricing within the organization.
- Developed new internal processes and infrastructure to coordinate cross-functional communication of pricing
strategies with Finance, Operations and Sales staff.
- Worked with IT to revise pricing system to update costs daily and display profit dashboards.

Electrolux is the third largest supplier of appliances in the U.S. with a market share in white goods of ~23%. I reported
directly to the VP of National Sales and managed all pricing activities and sales reporting.
- Created and coordinated pricing strategies for primary four sales channels and implemented strategies and
processes with key business partners.
- Designed and developed complex analytical reporting models based on gathered requirements.
- Conceptualized analytical and modeling frameworks, and built predictive models.
