Consultant
- Performed a variety of analysis and trade studies for private companies seeking to develop their flight departments. Besides aircraft analysis to determine the best aircraft based upon customerrequirements, additional studies focused on facilities, GSE and estimating operating costs.
- Coordinated FAA airworthiness requirements for foreign aircraftIndependent Project Development
- Developed solutions to meet a broad variety of future air cargo requirements. Coordinate attempts to secure funding from various sources.
- Other projects include a more transport friendly portable housing, and improvements to a standardized building kit.

Projects
- Messerschmitt Me262 - Starting in 1993, lead a team to build five reproductions from scratch with theintention to complete as fly-away units. Lack of funding from the sponsor terminated our involvement in mid 1997.
- Nakajima Ki-43 - Starting in late 1997, lead a small team to re-build four units. First of the four aircraft was flown in Feb. 2005

F-22 Engineering and Manufacturing Development / Propulsion Integration
- Coordinated F-22 engineering team and Pratt & Whitney's F119 engineering and development team to ensure form, fit, and function of the engine to be compatible with the F-22 airframe and systems.
- Developed F-22/F119 Interface Control Document to record the interfaces, and later served as editor for updates as needed.
- Focal point for all issues between Pratt & Whitney and the F-22 team. Coordinated all technical communication between the two development teams.

F-16/F100 Propulsion Group
- Integrated F100 engine parameters onto the F-16 structural load recorders. Developed depot level software for F100 engine fleet usage analysis.
- Performed and documented initial inlet test on F-16/LANTIRN configuration
- Monitored and supported F100 engine activity on F-16 production line, flight line, and engine shop.
Indigenous Defensive Fighter
- Performed initial engine cycle selections trade study for the Garrett TFE1042-70 (F124/125). Generated follow up engine cycle studies and installed engine performance on advanced engine versions.
- Served as consultant on Propulsion System Integration issues with the IDF Team and Garrett engineering staff from conceptual design through PDR.
Various classified programs
- Transitioned installed engine software and methodology from older IBM mainframe system to VAX/VMS operating system. Included enhancements that allowed more flexibility in generating installed engine performance of various propulsion systems.
- Performed engine cycle selections trade studies.
- Generated follow up engine studies and installed engine performance. YF-22 Development and Flight Test / F-22 Development and Proposal
- Fort Worth focal point for all engine integration issues between the YF-22 team and competing General Electric's YF120 and Pratt & Whitney's YF119 teams.
- Trouble-shooter for the YF-22 Propulsion Team on unresolved interface issues. Finalized the Interface Control Documents for both engines for first flight readiness reviews.
- Developed propulsion systems sections for the YF-22 Flight Manual, coordinating both PW and GE inputs and requirements
- Coordinated airframe interfaces for PW and GE PDR, as well as developed Interface Control Document as part of the F-22 EMD Proposal.
