• Installation of commercial and residential Solar PV systems. Roof mount and ground mount

system installations.

• Richard manages three, four man crews (residential teams) to also include the electricians on the

• At Pride Rock Development Richard’s responsibility was Project Manager of Site Development and

government coordination; Richard developed properties to include the excavation/deforestation, lake

development.

management.

place to ensure a high quality finished product. To ensure compliance with plans, specifications and

building codes all work is inspected during the construction process. Providing quality; utilizing, tight,
