• Installation of commercial and residential Solar PV systems. Roof mount and ground mount

system installations.

• Richard manages three, four man crews (residential teams) to also include the electricians on the

underground storm water drainage system infrastructure, control structures, lake excavations and bank

management.

• Project Manager of the construction staff to include; construction managers, superintendents and assistant

project managers. Richard is excellent at managing work quality; having high standards and systems in

place to ensure a high quality finished product. To ensure compliance with plans, specifications and

building codes all work is inspected during the construction process. Providing quality; utilizing, tight,

precise scopes of work to ensure competitive bidding. Management of all phases of the construction
