establish organizational excellence, and establish meaningful KPI's

Developed and implemented a High Performance work team structure, operator

qualifications and selection processes resulting in hiring highly skilled

and motivated manufacturing personnel

Directed installation of production equipment, transferred from Japan.

Identified and selected the contractors for equipment rigging, setup, and

utility connection on or ahead of schedule milestones
