Beach International Airport Concourse “C” Expansion. 6 new Gates, new
concrete approaches and concourse. Will be completed approximately March 15,
2008. Estimated Cost 18m.
10/30/2006 to 3/07/07 – Project Superintendent, Turner Construction, Boca
Beach Sales Office, Future Condominums, Completed March 2007. Greenfield
Site 2.5m Completed in 6 months.
02/2005 to 06/15/2006 – General Construction Superintendent – SkanskaUSA,
Memorial Regional Hospital Hollywood, Florida. Renovation and expansion of
An existing PED facility. (Children and Adult) This work was being performed
under difficult conditions. Scrubbers used because this work was done near or in
existing patient areas. The new Children’s PED was 100% AHCA approved on
the first inspection. The Hospital was able to use this facility within one week.
Continued construction on New Emergency Entrance and facilities. Also opened
on time. 33M. Project was turned over to owner with additional space before
Hurricane season.
12/2003 to 01/2005 – GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Turner Construction Company, Dulles International Airport. Train Station,
at main terminal. Construct temporary buildings for passenger departure and
arrival. This was completed on time. The next phase was to begin micropiles at
the mainframe footings. Closed half of the main concourse by diverting traffic
through new security lines at the east end of the airport. Much of the work was
done either late evening or early morning. Not to disrupt traffic flow. Excavation
then started under the concourse. This would be 50 feet below the terminal.
The total cost of this project was 150m.

Wafer Technologies (Silterra) 200mm Silicon Wafer Fabrication Plant, Office
And Support Facilities; Greenfield project. New to the industry wafer.
Class 1 to Class 1,000 Clean Room. Supervised and scheduled all works in four
buildings and numerous tank farms. Peak workforce 3,000. Scheduled delivery
of all gases and chemicals. Completed Commissioning of 800 systems and
punchlist.
08/1998 to 03/1999 – GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT,
Fluor Daniel, Dublin, Ireland
IBM Dublin Campus; Phase II Clean Room and Support
Complete the final phase of the SSD Clean Room Class 10 – 10,000, all support
facilities and expansion. This included Tool Hookup in a functioning plant.
04/1997 to 08/1998 – GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT,
ADP Marshall Ireland Ltd. - Dublin, Ireland
IBM Dublin Campus; SSD –Systems Storage – Hard Drives
Greenfield site: 17,000sq.m clean room support and office facility. Completed
and certified in less than 11 months.
IBM Dublin Campus; IMD – Testing Facility – Computer Chips
Greenfield, 7.5 sq. meter building with 85% set on raised access floor due to the
Extensive data and telephone network required in testing microchips.
IBM Dublin Campus; Infrastructure. A new half-mile access road with all
Services including a new 20kva substation and a high tech telecom building.
06/1992 to 03/1997 – GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT,
ADP Marshall, Atlanta, GA
Lucent Technologies – Microelectronics Clean Room Class I - Orlando, FL
01/1996 to 03/1997 – The Clean Room included numerous support facilities;
VOC system, 50k N2 skid, scrubbers, waste treatment and acid tanks. ADPM
was responsible for final tool hook-up while the plant was in production.
Lucent Technologies (AT&T) – Fiber Optic Expansion Projects Class 10-10,000
Clean Rooms totaling 30,000 sq ft with “O” interference to production in each
facility. Lucent site in Atlanta, GA was a copper cable plant which ADPM
converted to a fiber cable facility 1993-1996.
12/18/89 to 05/1992 – GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

AT&T - Photo print Operation Expansion- Richmond, VA
Class I Clean Room in an existing facility in full production. Schedule was built
around a Christmas Shutdown, consisting of (16) days. Clean room shell was
built on three sides without interference to production. Raised floor was
done in areas where AT&T was not working. During the shutdown a total of
(300) people working round the clock relocated tools and made final connections
.When AT&T returned from their Christmas break the (45) tools were moved,
commissioned and the Clean Room was certified.
Boehringer Ingleheim – Medicinal Scale up Laboratory, Danbury, CT
This was a one of a kind facility. Extensive use of glass pipe that was made
to order and imported from overseas. Anti-static wire ways and internal
grounding was used to limit the chance of violent explosions, which made this
structure unique. Exterior walls were constructed with breakaway panels .
