Cost reduction, continuous improvement, and quality management

techniques based on ISO/QS statistical process controls including

FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Production Capability Indexes. LEAN, FLOW,

Kaizen, 5S and 0-Turn/Kanban manufacturing management and mentorship

of large workforce continuous improvement teams.

Intermediate CAD proficiency with AutoDesk 2D ACAD, Catia, MasterCam

and Solidworks software.

Stamping, metal fabrication, injection molding, composites and sub-

Full operational control including: P/ L, Budgeting, H.R. development

and training certifications, business unit departmental oversight,

risk assessment and regulatory compliance, and global distribution

logistics.

. Automotive Assembly Program development of 11 NVH assemblies for

Ford Explorer, door and frame structural crash beams for DCX

Prowler, airbag attachment clips for all domestic DCX platforms,

body drain plugs in GM and DCX truck platforms, integrated

supplier for International Truck roof bow assemblies including

passenger bus and Government specified equipment

. Operated as Co-Director of Manufacturing and Engineering for

four plants covering metal, plastics, chemical compounding, and
