Project Description:

Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of New 11KV & LT lines and 11/0.4KV Distribution Substation in Vidisha District (Madhya Pradesh) to be implemented on turnkey basic under RGGVY Scheme in the supervision of Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Ltd (MPMKVVCL).

Scope of work:

The scheme includes the GPS survey of existing, proposed and executed network and plotting of same on SOI maps. Further it also includes construction of new 11KV line and new LT line with AB Cable, Conversion of bare LT line with AB Cables and installation of DTRs etc.

Job Description:

1. Survey of HT, LT Lines

2. Preparation of detail design of LT and HT Circuits using AutoCAD.

3. Pole Erection and Stringing of Distribution Overhead Line up to 11 Kv line

4. Preparation of cost comparison sheet for all suppliers & Sub-contractors offer.

5. Site execution of project with safety, planning and execution.

6. Site Co-ordination, Execution of work as per the Design/Drawing & Quality.

7. Material management, analysis of material status.

8. Ensure quality execution as per the design standards, Preparation of Project progress reports.

9. Monitoring and evaluation of Contractor’s job quality and progress.

10. Installation Testing & Commissioning of Three phase Transformer, LT ABC Cable.

11. Erection of 11KV Outdoor Substation with Control & Protection Equipment like Isolators, DO Fuses, Surge Arrestors etc.

12. Maintenance of overhead line & Controlling L-T, Cable & H.T Cables

13. Supervision of Transformers and associated outdoor equipment Erection, Testing and commissioning

14. LT AB Cable, Electronic meter work execution.

15. Make measurement sheet & billing sheet of project, Survey for BOQ of maintenance & Erection of Line & substation of Distribution system (11/0.44 KV) & all supported report.
