AMW Motor Works Ltd : From *th July 2010 to till date (CV application Division –
Tranztar)
Position : Assistant Manager.
FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE :
Procurement: Buyer for Raw materials as well as BOP from Local, National and
International markets as per business requirements –proprietary and non-proprietary
parts.
Materials: MRP as per business plan, Vendor Development for new parts and
continuous supplier assessments. Identify opportunities to deliver cost benefits.
Subcontracting: Handle outsourcing of Job and Subcontracting at various satellite
locations across India. Is responsible for planning materials as per production
demand and receiving Finished Good to hand over to Sales. Monthly reconciliation of
Stock and regularising 4 5 (a) Challans.
System Skills: Operate in SAP –MM & PP modules, Creation and activating part
codes, Manage Bill of materials, Rate routing and production version creation,
Backflushing of Semi-finished and Finished Goods. Create PO & Scheduling
agreements, Create PID, Create Schedules. Proficient in MS word, Excel etc.
BOM: Knowledge of CV application products and parts, Involved in validation of Bill of
materials and maintaining the same.

Fund Planning: Finalise the Monthly Fund requirement and co-ordinate with Finance
for opening LC and weekly fund requirement.
Inventory: Work with Operations, Finance and Suppliers for effective inventory
management and improve working capital.
Logistics: Handle Inbound/Outbound logistics arrangement.
