Department for a new state of the art 110,000 sq. ft. Baking

facility. Set-up and maintain budgeting, training and a

preventive maintenance program for the start-up of 2 full

service bread and bun lines and maintain less than 10% equipment

downtime just by Implementing and maintaining these basic cmms
