automotive, and marine divisions. Mount Holly is a Teleflex Medical
location.
Led global transfer of IAB (Intra-Aortic Balloon Catheter) product line
from Mount Holly site to North Carolina site. Designed and managed an
indirect labor Reduction-In-Force and restructured hourly workforce.
Key Leader on Management Team for the addition of new high velocity
product line transferred to Mount Holly. Created a new organization
structure, job descriptions, pay scale, hiring procedures, shift schedule
and work methods for ASK (Arrow Select Kits) a $55MM custom kitting
operation. New lines were constructed, and employees for a three shift
operation were hired, trained and up and running in three months.
Significantly improved employee morale in role as senior site HR Leader, a
corporate wide initiative measured through Focus Group Surveys. Led cross-
functional teams, partnered closely with employees and management,
analyzed trends and metrics, and developed solutions, programs, and
policies that met the needs of the business and the people. Secured a
major grant from the NJ Dept. of Labor to provide Workforce Development
Training on timely topics such as Lean Manufacturing.
