Representative and Selection, Coordination.
o Handling the complete Recruitment Cycle-Sourcing, Candidate Tracking,
Short-listing profiles, Rate Negotiations submissions according to Client

o Recruiting and hiring candidates across locations for both contract
and permanent placements for IT positions for client requirements.
o Experience in identifying potential candidates through Dice, Corp-
Corp, Monster, Internal Database
o Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants,
analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing
qualifications to job requirements.
o Managing the complete recruitment life cycle, and ensuring short
delivery time in placing candidates; explaining job responsibilities,
compensation and benefits, working conditions, and closing hires.

relationships with Vendors and Consultants.
