discipline Projects; Rail Road Transportation, High-rise buildings,, Highways & Bridges, Desalination & Power Plant,
Dry Dock, Water Supply and Sewage Disposal W orks and Air field. I have over 25 years intensive experience in the
construction industry, detailed as below:
JOB OBJECTIVE: Project Controls/Scheduling Engineer/Sr. Scheduler.
COMPUTER SKILL: Primavera Project Management P6 & Project Planner P3, Autodesk’s Constructware (a
Document control program similar to Primavera Expedition, used by MTA/NYCT). MS Office (Word, Excel and
Access). NYSDOT programs; CEES, Estimate, Item Catalog and weighted average bid Price Estimate.
WORK HISTORY:
February 2008 – Present: Senior Scheduler.
Project: Various MTA/NYCT; RR Track/Signals/Communication/Mechanical/Electrical/S tructural and Utility Projects.
Responsibilities: Report directly to the Director Project Controls and Provide Planning/Scheduling support to the
Design Managers and the Construction Managers;
Developed schedule at Master plan and Design phase levels for the upcoming new Projects; Reviewed the Scope
of work, Specifications, terms/conditions. Reviewed the contract Drawing; estimated the quantities of various
Items/activities. Estimated man-hours for each activity based on the production rate in the past for similar work or
other sources; such as Manufacturer’s recommendations or RS Means or average bid cost etc. Then the Duration for
the activity based on the possible crew size. Gathered the information for construction Logic for each activity like;
production/delivery lead time, any constraints, availability of GOs (if required), various other Resources, link to other
projects, Mile stones, W ork time/Shifts etc.
Based on the above information and Scope of the work, Drawings, contract terms & conditions; using computerized
Program “Primavera Project Management P6”, created activities, Calendars, Activity Codes/WBS applied relationship,
restraints, loaded resources and then pressed F9 for the primavera to computer the Schedule. Fix the error if there
was any and Checked the schedule if it meets with the contract requirement; duration, milestone, appropriate float etc.
Then sent the Schedule bar chart “PDF” file to the various concerned disciplines’ heads/Managers/agencies, for
review and any comment (interactive planning process). Incorporated comments if any and revised the schedule until
accepted.
Monitor and control the projects in Construction phase; Review and Analyze the CPM Schedules (Preliminary,
Baseline for meeting with the contract Specifications, Terms & Conditions, Milestones, sequence logic . Analyzed
Monthly CPM Schedule updates; compared “Target vs. Update”, progress, variances, Monthly Man-hours, Earned
Value (EV) for WBS and activities usage.
Review and implement mitigation plan. Analyzed; the Schedule Delay Impact and Extension of Time.
Attend meetings; Pre-Bid, Contractor’s Qualification, Monthly Job Progress meeting and CPM Schedule update for
joint agreement on percent complete for activities in Progress or any logic change. Analysis Monthly CPM Schedule
Up-date and generate various types of Reports for the Management; Project Directors and the Construction
Managers.
Organize and m aintained the document Record, using programs; Costructware, MS Word, Excel and Access .

Monitor and compared the actual progress, resources with the planned schedule. Sorted and printed reports. The
schedule was developed by the contractor in Primavera. Reviewed & checked Daily Inspector’s Reports, for right item
numbers/locations/ units/rates/quantities, compliance with the contract drawings, specifications, terms & conditions
Prepared and distribute meeting agenda, took notes and wrote minutes of meetings. Checked/ entered quantities and
processed the interim/final estimates. Establish and maintain project records/documentations as per MURK,
Create/develop and managed document logs (submittals, RFI's, CC O's, materials tests and certificates of compliance,
etc.). Reviewed/processed/ OOC force account works based upon T&M (Murk 11, 12, 13, 17 etc.), overrun/under
run/Extra Works and prepared as built drawings. Compiled information for project close -out, and other duties as
