Career Summary
I have worked as a legal professional in a variety of civil law practices, and state government including
the court system. I have been entrusted with handling legal cases from incept to conclusion. I have
participated in litigation cases, sitting second chair to highly experienced attorneys in the trial process. I
excel in organizational ability, ability to prioritize, critical thinking and analysis. I recently organized and
facilitated the progression of the asset seizure and forfeiture cases pursuant to the Wyoming Controlled

With minimal supervision, I processed asset seizure/forfeiture cases under the Wyoming Controlled
Substances Act. I receipted and deposited large amounts of seized currency, maintained inventories of
seized vehicles, firearms, currency and other seized property for purposes of access, and state and
federal reporting. I performed legal research, drafting of legal documents including complaints, motions,
legal memoranda and judgments, prepared and processed discovery requests, prepared settlement
documents, and other required legal pleadings with acuity. I was accomplished in file maintenance and
docket control. I responsibly and proficiently investigated facts in various matters. I handled the
Division’s public records requests and subpoena requests. I was entrusted as the first point of contact for
