internal promotions. Advise on staffing reduction and lay off plans.

Labor Relations – Negotiate collective bargaining agreements within predetermined budget and strategy.

Manage and respond to grievances, reducing total occurrences by 70% without a reduction in management

rights. Advise on contract language interpretation. Assist in contract negotiations for other company locations.

Training – Present training for hourly employees, supervisors, and managers on various topics, such as

consistent discipline, performance reviews, civil treatment, union avoidance, and safety.

Shipping Operations, April 2009 – October 2011 – Directed and scheduled workforce of 12 hourly union

and non-union employees. Communicated with local staff and transportation on scheduled loads and product

shortages. Maintained accurate inventory and invoicing using SAP software.
