(Supervised between 2 and 25 people and up to three (3) combined

departments (Quality/Inspection, Packaging and Shipping) during this

time period). Areas of experience include:

Lathe (Ikegai 2-axis) and Mill (Fadal, Bridgeport and Haas - up to 5-

axis Manual and CAM programming (also familiarity with MasterCam).

F) Mechanical/Hydro-Mechanical Design: 10+ years - both manual drafting

and AutoCAD R12/R13/R14/R2000 of hydraulic valve assemblies and

components (including associated jigs and fixtures) as well as

hardware design to support installation of airport passenger loading

bridge equipment (e.g., chilled water, environmental systems).

Conducted stress and reliability analyses (e.g., FMECA and

Probability) on valve components and assemblies.

G) Architectural Design: approximately 5 years (both manual drafting and

CAD)

H) Facilities Management/Design: approximately 10 years - as requested

during employment in conjunction with other duties - (both manual

drafting and CAD)

I) Vocational Training Instructor/Auditor: 6 years - AutoCAD (no

certificate) also Assembly Techniques, Part Deburring & Quality

Control/Inspection Techniques, Basic Math Skills (Shop Math). I have

also conducted audits of vocational schools for California Council for

Private Post-Secondary Education.
