and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Keep records of customer inteactions

and transactions, recording details of inquires, complaints, and comments, as well as

actions taken. Other duties include: Perform visual inspection of vehicles and note body

damage. Report and follow procedures when body damage is discovered. Log car

issues- miles, fuel, PM's, damage, registration, inspection. Assist the rental counters -

vehicle location and vehicle features. Routine Check-In and Inventory of vehicles.

SEIU Local 668 (2005 – 2011) Secretary-Treasurer

Work to ensure organization’s financial stability and potential for financial growth

through strategic planning that involves managing investments, minimizing financial risk

factors, overseeing the procurement and spending of funds, and handling mergers and
