6MW, Distributed

Controlling System (DCS), Make: ABB.

CLARION POWER CORPORATION LTD., is having Bio-mass based Boiler

of capacity 57TPH (Make : WALCHANDNAGAR Boiler) with working pressure 66

kg/cm2 and Temperature 485 C Travelling grate boiler and Turbine: Steam

Turbo Generator (KALUGA Turbine, China) Turbine Speed: 3000 rpm and 12MW,

Distributed Controlling System (DCS), Make : ABB.

SINGARAYA HILLS GREEN POWER GENCO PRIVITE LTD., is having Bio-mass

based Boiler of capacity 45TPH (Make : Wuxi Boiler) with working pressure

66 kg/cm2 and Temperature 485 C Travelling grate boiler and Turbine: Steam

Turbo Generator (HTC Turbine, China) Turbine Speed: 3000 rpm and 8MW,

Distributed Controlling System (DCS), Make : ABB.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF INSTRUMENTATION

. Maintenance of all field instruments like processors, control valves,

power cylinder, transmitter, activator, belt weighing system,

weighbridge, thermocouples, RTD, vibration sensors, gauges, etc.

. Calibration and loop checking of all types of instruments.

. Maintenance and calibration of transmitters PT, LT, TT, DPT (Emerson

Rosemount, Endress & Yokogowa, ABB and Monitoring vibration

transducers.

. Maintenance and calibration of different analyzers : Conductivity,

Chlorine, PH, SDI, Redox, Turbidity, TDS ( Endress and Hauser ) and

IMA/FL200 Oil in water

. Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves (MIL control

valve, RK control valve, Fisher control valve, koso contol valve)

. Technical exposure in ABB freelance 2000 and ABB Freelance AC 800f DCS

systems problems rectification.

. Maintenance of Distributed Control System (DCS).

. Operation and maintenance of VFD drives.

. Operation of wood word 505 turbine governing controls.

. Operation and maintenance of instrument air Compressors (Chicago

Pneumatic).

. Operation of Boiler and turbines through DCS.

. Erection and commissioning of a project 8MW Biomass based power plant.

. Maintenance of all PC`S trouble shootings in organization.
