CNA(2013 present)Lanessa Extended Care (Webster, MA)As a CNA at Lanessa, I care for
residents with dementia and assist them in their activities of daily living. Some residents need total
care and others just need supervision. Duties include toileting, feeding, dressing, bathing, and
positioning as well as reporting and cleaning duties.
Nanny(2012 present) Private Home (Claremont, NH)As a nanny I care for three children, ages 10,
6, and 6 months. Duties include cooking, light housework, homework help, bathing, dressing, and
transportation to and from school and extracurricular activities.
Server/Bartender(2011 2012) Longhorn Steakhouse (Keene, NH) At Longhorn, I was required to
serve guests of the restaurant quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer
service. Duties include opening/closing the restaurant, cash handling, cash drawer settling,
cleaning/side work tasks, as well as staying knowledgeable and up to date on changing drink and
food menus.
Server/Bartender(2008 2011) Armadillos Burritos (Keene, NH) At Armadillos, I worked with a
staff of four or more in a variety of duties. Duties included food preparation, taking orders, serving
customers, bartending and preparing orders quickly and efficiently all while maintaining a high
level of customer service. General cleaning duties to maintain a spotless dining room and kitchen
were also preformed daily.
Server(2007 –2008) Margaritas Mexican Restaurant (Keene, NH) As a server at Margaritas, I
was required to provide excellent customer service, quickly and efficiently in a fast paced, high
pressure environment. I was also required to meet daily expectations in special and margarita
sales. While employed at Margaritas, I also worked as a server trainer, and was therefore
responsible for teaching others how to perform the tasks included in serving.
Bank Teller(2006 2007) Connecticut River Bank (Claremont, NH) As a teller at Connecticut River
Bank, I was responsible for processing bank transactions for customers quickly and efficiently
while maintaining a high level of customer service. As a teller, I was the first person customers
saw when they walked in to the bank so it was also my job to make them feel welcome and
comfortable, as well as direct them to the right staff member to meet their needs. Cash
accountability was a huge part of my job as well, so organization and attention to detail were two
very important skills used.
Bank Teller(2005 2006) Bank of America (Baltimore, MD) As a teller at Bank of America, my
main duty was to help customers with their account transactions quickly and efficiently while
maintaining a high level of customer service. Computer data entry was also a very relevant part of
my job. I was also required to sell a certain amount of bank products to my customers monthly.
