o Reyes Holdings – Rosemont, IL (2011-2012)

Design and Develop a Work-flow management system. The application is utilized used by

HR employees outside of North America to maintain human resources data for their

respective locations. The underlying data feeds into existing master people database, which

is a MSSQL Kronos database. Create the database design to allow for custom controls and

layouts for multiple language functionality. Create all underlying stored procedures and

reports associated with the management system.

Assist client with custom SQL, ASP and ASP.NET functionality for UltiPro product to

allow client to create add-on functionality of Open Enrollment product. Support team in

their efforts of Open Enrollment and provide insight as how to best process the data within

the constraints of SQL and UltiPro.

Created and implemented an SSO (Single-Sign-On) bridge from UltiPro to both Enwisen

and Kronos. Implementation allows users to automatically log into the two systems after

they have successfully logged into UltiPro. The SSO includes a language feature which

allows users to automatically bring over the language which was chosen within UltiPro

Created a custom add onto their ASP Open Enrollment platform which gave Reyes the

ability to turn specific features on and off as well as use their internal calculations for

specific benefits.

Create and inbound and outbound SSO (Single-Sign-On) with an internal performance

management system. The integration allows Reyes Holdings the ability to use UltiPro as the

core portal to link to multiple sites without forcing users to log in into multiple applications.

Created Work Flow management system to integrate with Kronos and UltiPro.

Ultimate Software Weston, FL (2011-2012)

o

o Coordinate and Project Manage an upgrade of vendor interfaces using the 834

platform. A recent government mandate called for an upgrade of vendor interfaces to

move from a 4010 platform to a 5010 platform. Ultimate Software asked for our

expertise to upgrade a majority of their clients due to our expertise with the process.

o Successfully converted and upgraded all clients who had an aggressive timeline

o Collaborated with Ultimate Software to create a process to efficiently upgrade vendor

interfaces including client contact and project management.

o Worked with SaaS - Hosted Clients as well as Enterprise Clients guiding them through

the upgrade process from 4010 to 5010.

o Clients included but not limited to: TIVO, Nicor Gas, NuStar, Hancock Holdings,

Created and implemented multiple UltiPro Vendor Custom Interfaces Including but not

Worked with Ultimate Software to automate interfaces with vendor using the UDES

(UltiPro Data Exchange System).

Created custom reports to assist in vendor billing and data clean up.

Corizon – St. Louis, MO / Brentwood, TN (2011-2012)

o Successfully assisted in the implementation of a companywide HR and payroll system

conversion from UltiPro to PeopleSoft. The implementation includes the analysis,

mapping and creation of customized reports, exports and validation of UltiPro data

prior to the conversion into PeopleSoft.

o Developed and guided the mapping documents from UltiPro to PeopleSoft for the

purposes of the implementation.

o Assisted in payroll balance parallels by providing reports and balance checks on source

data as well as processed payroll.

o Worked with Corizon staff members and PeopleSoft Consultants during the

implementation to set up, convert and validate the source data in comparisons to the

converted data. Provided reports to assure that the data validation.

o Assisted in the set-up of new deductions for a subset of employees who were remaining

on UltiPro

o Developed custom interfaces for new vendors in the UltiPro System for the sub-set

population which was to remain in UltiPro.

Towne Park Inc – Annapolis, MD (2010-2012)

o Assisted in the implementation of UltiPro Open Enrollment which included the set-up

of benefits, vendor selection, interface creation/updates and custom validation reports.

Coordinated with client and vendors to obtain and receive approval of benefits so that

employees may receive their cards for the following calendar year.

These tasks included the development of custom vendor and internal interfaces along with

the management of upgrading and testing multiple Test and Production environments.

Serve as a database administrator assisting in all functions from development to

Consulted, developed and implemented a companywide consolidation of employee records

from working in multiple companies to a consolidation into one company record with

multiple locations. The consolidation was in preparation for the HR and payroll system

conversion.

Worked with Price Waterhouse Cooper Consultants during the implementation to set up,

Developed a custom web solution to be utilized as a legacy viewer of UltiPro data. The Client

moved away from UltiPro but still needed a manner in which to retrieve data which was stored

in the UltiPro database. We provided a series of custom stored procedures and web applets

which will allow Advocate the ability to search and view clients from their intranet in an

effective and efficient manner. Due to our expertise in on UltiPro we were able to deliver a

product at the cost of their internal development estimate.

Texas Roadhouse Inc – Louisville, KY (2010)

o

Creation and update of existing benefit interfaces to coincide with vendor and plan updates.

Analysis of current benefit plans and how they translate to the vendor. Create automation of the

interfaces to alleviate time for hr/payroll and it staff.

Youth Consulting Services (YCS) – Newark, NJ (2009-2011)

o

Migrated and consolidated company benefits from various vendors to achieve a central

o

management location within UltiPro. Upon completion of consolation of benefits and

verification with vendors a series of automated SQL exports were created based upon

the specifications of the vendor. Exports were scheduled for automation which resulted

in a clean integration and drastic reduction in man-hours reviewing data on various

systems. As part of the automation the files were encrypted via PGP and used FTP for

transmission of data. The keys were imported into the client side and programmed to

automate after SQL created the files. YCS has eliminated the dual entry of vendor

systems and now has an effective integration with their vendors. The export file types

included .txt, 834 Format and .csv.

o Created custom calculations for benefits for benefits/payroll team for medical and

dental packages. The calculations are based off the employee’s salary grade.

o Set up new deduction plans and calculations to allow for a more efficient payroll

process.

Graphic Packaging (GP) – Atlanta, GA (2009)

o

Assisted in the implementation of a companywide HR and payroll system conversion from

UltiPro to SAP. The implementation included the analysis, mapping and creation of customized

exports for the purposes of a company conversion and validation from UltiPro to SAP. Created

custom extracts for master file, parallel and go-live conversions resulting in clean and translated

data which was formatted as to the requirements and specifications of SAP. The company wide

conversion was successful and implementation of custom extracts allowed for the balancing and

validation of all employee records.

ULTIMATE SOFTWARE GROUP, INC. Weston, FL Oct. 2004 – Apr. 2008

The flagship hotel integrates with event information from Micros and provides hotel way finding as well

as concierge level information for in and around the hotel.

Successfully implemented a digital signage platform to all Radissons in North and South America. The

implementation provides hardware and software to manage content from a central location and provide

brand messaging to each property guest from both the corporate and hotel level. The implementation

included over 200 properties across 2 continentals.
