• Manage eight (8) aggregate dock operations and 17 remote employees in Ohio, Michigan
and Canada.
• Led $3 million project of dock repair & expansion to completion on-time and on-budget.
• Negotiated no-increase rail freight contract with Norfolk Southern for four rail depots in
2008 for 1,000,000 tons of freight.
• Gained $144,000 in annual revenue by negotiating sub-lease for rail yard in Crafton, PA
• Opened two additional dock locations in Saginaw, MI and Bay City, MI
• Specified design requirements and lease of 225 rapid discharge rail cars.
