Responsibilities:

Worked closely with engineers on the assembly and subassemblies of various printed circuit board, cable/wire harness and mechanical assemblies.

Assisted in various MIL-STD-461 test operations on Army Aircraft and subsystems which included the Environmental Control Systems (ECS) for the HH-60M Helicopter, Extended Range Multi Purpose (ERMP) Hellfire Electronics Assembly (HEA) for Unmanned Aircraft Systems, A2C2S Amplifier, Hellfire Reduced Weight Missile Launcher, and recorded data as well as monitored the aircraft systems, whose data was on 1553 data buses, for anomalies from the tests performed on the Chinook hellicopters CH-47F, AH-64D and UH-60M.

Printed circuit board assemblies/projects: Apache Test, CIDR- Lite, CIDR- Mid, PCM Receiver, NLOS, RF Sensor, Flare/Chaff, Air Turbine, RPM Simulator, Hood, RTE and EGI.

Cable and wire harness assemblies: Internal wire harness for fiber optic converters, power distribution, data, and switch panels.

Acrylic conformal coating on all printed circuit boards after assembly is complete and boards have passed test.

Inventory control specialist which included preparing purchase orders and bid requests from vendors while keeping parts inventory updated in the database.
