Major Contributions
In 1995 I was involved in the Purchase and Setup of a new 110,000 Sq-ft Manufacturing Facility.We shut down the Old Plant with one 70ft production line on Friday with 45 Associates and moved 30 miles cross town and reopened Monday morning with two 70ft Production lines and one 35 ft line with 210 Associates without Lose of Production. After 45 days was able to reduce our work force down to 140 Associates.With this move we were able to Increase Production and Sales by 65%. Also in 1995 we were able to buy out our Steel Supplier and started a Steel Slitting Operation, which saved 23% on our Steel Purchases and added additional sales volume.
