Timber Ridge Townhomes, Lindenwold, NJ, Jan 2010 – Jun 2012: Assistant Rental Manager

* Immediately after joining the organization, solely and successfully sold to clients to rent the many of the 192 mid-scale townhomes, a complex part of a multi-million dollar private company.

* At various times during the year, reached the 100% rental capacity w/ a 95% or higher typical occupancy rate at any given time working w/ the Rental Manager.

* Immediately, solely, and regularly managed the rental office in the regular day-to-day absence of the rental manager that achieved a smooth and efficient running office to include servicing clients, residents (the customers), and the maintenance dept to fulfill and maintain a fully beautiful, country-like, functioning, fully occupied complex.

Medical Capital, Tustin, CA, May 2007 – June 2009: Broker

* Solicited by this company to work after soliciting them for my then client, ErgoSpine (See company below).

* Top Broker in Eastern Region within one year for referring the most accounts to the company, a U. S. mid-market, specialty, direct funding source w/ transaction sizes up to $100 million or more.

* As in all my sales jobs, effectively chose to efficiently prospect and work w/ only C-level executives.

* Referred the largest client ever (a Hospital Network) to the company w/ revenues of .5 billion dollars/year.

ErgoSpine, Freehold, NJ, April 2006 – May 2007: Funding Finder/Consultant

* Solicited by the CEO to sell the design/seek funding for a start-up company which designed an artificial disc for the human spine.

* Within months, the realization of the design advanced to identifying and working w/ 15+ large funding sources/brokers. Secured six of these organizations to the next stages of the funding process including Medtronics (Spinal Division), Sun Capital, and Medical Capital to name a few. (Note: With me, securing these funds ended when Medicare which covers most of this need reported that it will not insure artificial disc replacement.)

* Achieved success in selling B2B long distance and local telecommunication services with the respective companies. Three times awarded bonuses for highest sales of the month within 6 months.

AT&T Bell Laboratories, Holmdel, NJ, August 1985 to November 1993: Senior Technical Associate

* Planned, managed, and implemented sub-projects for the timely development and transfer of technology to the cable system factory for the mechanical joining and optical testing of various undersea optical cable systems.

* Developed assembly procedures and successfully conducted a cable-to-repeater coupling development assembly trial, coordinating and working with the customer, other engineers, and the cable system factory to predict and resolve any development and manufacturing problems.

* Developed various cable-to-repeater coupling and a grounding connection plastic overmolds by developing the program for molding plastic to these hardware as a member of the molding team by performing the programmed molding cycles, performing a series of qualification tests, and evaluating and troubleshooting the results.

* Achieved higher production and met product requirements at the cable system factory by evaluating, troubleshooting, and identifying processes and facilities such as critical operations, operator skill levels, manufacturing problems, and assembly Sta.

* Applied optical fiber splicers, lasers, and power meters for the evaluation and characterization of a new generation of optical power meters in development testing for the ultimate use in product measurements in the cable system factory.

* Planned, managed, implemented, and introduced a power meter calibration test program for the cable system factory to eliminate product re-testing and rejections due to measurement discrepancies among all the cable system optical suppliers.

AMP Incorporated, Harrisburg, Pa, August 1984 to July 1985: Product Engineer

* Implemented the fitting, forming, and functioning of various product lines of electrical connectors. Successfully resolved and met customers and the manufacture requirements by evaluating and trouble-shooting problems, resolving many of them by modifying molded and formed metal products, including on the phone and at the manufacturing and customer sites.
