Goal

My associations are managed with the idea that we have but one chance to make a first impression. I see my properties as a

Accomplishments

I have experience in the management of a diverse resident population including owners and tenants. My proficiencies

include, but are not limited to, exceptional communication and compassion in 55+ communities as I have found their

needs to be different than non age specific communities..

I use the community’s governing documents as a guideline to educate my residents as to their responsibilities versus the

association’s responsibilities. Once clearly defined I am able to foster an optimal working relationship. I strive to incorporate pride

of ownership to each of my residents and, once established, the aesthetics of the property see a marked improvement and home

values increase.

Homes of Regency Cove Tampa, Florida

-Employed as a contract on site manager.

-Managing a water front, 436 unit, age restricted mobile home park.

-Supervising a staff of three maintenance workers, one office manager, and one accountant.

-Collecting and keeping detailed records of maintenance and rental payments.

-Managed a portfolio of 17 associations consisting of HOA's and Condominiums.

-Portfolio included high rise luxury condominiums in Clearwater Beach to Master and Sub Associations in Tampa, Tarpon Springs,

Largo, Bellaire Beach, Safety Harbor and Palm Harbor.
