systems and testing of fluid loss additives for water base mud such as starch and Gilsonite and for oil base mud such

and chemical Tests which applied on all products inside lab.

Also as lab control Supervisor on production line and supervising all production steps.

Have high experience in performing all lab testes concerning to all drilling products according to API manuals such as

performing testes and Viscosity testes on fann viscometers and Brookfield viscometers and moisture content on metler

Toledo, Loss on Ignition and Mud stability on fann and OFI Equipments, and mud Balance, Density and Methylene blue

test.

Testing of Drilling chemicals used as fluid loss additives for water base mud on API filter press and for oil base mud are

tested on HPHT (High Pressure High temperature)

Applying Particle size analyzing for mud and sand content using fann Equipment

Applying CEC tests for mud samples and alkaline solubility for clay samples

Applying all standard calibration manuals for all lab equipments.

4) Total Waste Management Alliance (TWMA) Co for Petroleum Environmental Services and Treating of

Oil Based Mud.

Position: Head of the LAB & Environmental Technical Analyst & HSEQ coordinator.

Duration: From April 2012 until now.

Responsibilities:

Installation of Quality control lab procedures and Lab work instructions & preparation of lab with equipments and

devices for lab Setup.

Testing Oil Base Mud Cutting before and during proceeding in Rottomill and testing the quality of Produced oil using

Retort.

Ensure that produced oil meets the specification of the client by testing oil in GC MS spectrophotometer.

Responsible for all Lab Environmental testes on dust clay samples and water samples and oil samples and ensure that

all results in acceptable limits according both client and legal Requirements.

Applying all standard calibration manuals for all lab equipments.

Responsible for the Environmental Measurements file and all lab Reports to clients and to governmental Bodies

and Agencies.

Responsible for all LAB Documents and Instructions and supervising all Documents between lab and other

Departments too meet ISO specifications.

Responsible for some QHSE jobs which related to chemical materials in all site such as Material safety Data sheet

(MSDS) file for all chemicals in site and COSHH Assessment for all these chemicals and Daily Toolbox Talks and

Daily Housekeeping report and Risk assessment for some jobs in all site.

Helping with all Environmental & QHSE site procedures.

Inspection of safety equipments such winches and Tripods and Harness and lanyard and fire extinguishers and
