Established all operational & treasury management functions as a founding senior manager of this de novo

bank. Built and integrated initial core processing system and all treasury management product platforms,

including internet banking, remote deposit, ACH and wire transfer products. Directed the project to replace

entire core system in June 2008, selecting and integrating best-of-breed components. This $5M project

completed on time and under budget. Currently managing the project to review/replace the current treasury

management product offering to support the strategic direction of the bank. As Business Continuity/Disaster

Recovery Director, manage all aspects of bank’s disaster recovery plan. Acted as CIO January 2009 through

June 2010; member of Managing Committee from 2007 through 2010.

Vice President/Director, Cash Management Operations at UNION PLANERS BANK

April 2002 - May 2005 (3 years 2 months)

Controlled ACH, Wire Transfer, Lockbox, and all treasury management systems and support areas of the

bank. Implemented replacement of corporate internet banking system and migration of over 1600 corporate

clients, providing improved functionality at substantial cost savings to the bank. Introduced state-of-the-art

middleware solution to facilitate financial transactions between multiple corporate treasury management

systems, including SWIFT, ACH, wire transfer, mortgage loan, internet banking, letter of credit, and the

mainframe, resulting in increased processing efficiencies & reduced cost while processing bulk transactions

across multiple platforms. Wrote the business case and secured approval to upgrade the ACH Pep+ system to

V6.0, including the addition of the Platinum/DB2 solution, bringing new ACH products to market. Directed

cash management elements of more than 20 acquisitions and branch sales.
