talent in the entertainment technology industry while attaining a highly

and universities through presentations, job fairs, and targeted
advertising. Developed and sustained relationships with key source
universities. Internship participation grew from 22 students to 70 in
North America.

including providing curriculum development guidance to theater and

compensation. The new system facilitated employee development plans and
job transfers/promotions, as well as laying a sound foundation for
performance measurement. In collaboration with management staff,
identified core skills for each position resulting in high success rate
for new hires.
Reduced corporate travel expenses by negotiating a blanket agreement with a
car rental provider, reducing projected costs by 20%. Currently
