Corporate Manager of Recruiting and Employment 2008 - Present

Corporate headquarters of leading global supplier of integrated equipment

and technology to the entertainment and event industry with 1200 employees

in North America.

Developed and implemented comprehensive recruiting strategy for PRG's North

American facilities.

Selected and implemented a Cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) with

features that supported integration to niche job boards and social network

sites. The increased source of qualified candidates and lower reliance on

outsourced recruitments reduced recruiting costs by 80%, and reduced the

time to fill open positions.

Designed and launched a new paid internship program to develop emerging

talent in the entertainment technology industry while attaining a highly

motivated work force. Marketed this new opportunity to targeted colleges

and universities through presentations, job fairs, and targeted

advertising. Developed and sustained relationships with key source

universities. Internship participation grew from 22 students to 70 in

North America.

Spearheaded college outreach to develop ongoing pool of candidates,

including providing curriculum development guidance to theater and

entertainment technology departments.

Designed, developed, and deployed an integrated employee classification

plan which unified the 20 North American sites into one cohesive system,

allowing for site-specific variances in job responsibilities and

compensation. The new system facilitated employee development plans and

job transfers/promotions, as well as laying a sound foundation for

performance measurement. In collaboration with management staff,

identified core skills for each position resulting in high success rate

for new hires.

Reduced corporate travel expenses by negotiating a blanket agreement with a

car rental provider, reducing projected costs by 20%. Currently

negotiating, through travel management providers, similar arrangements with

airlines and hotels.

Researched, tested, selected, and negotiated purchase of cloud-based

compensation package which provides powerful analytical tools and real-time

data, consolidating and streamlining corporate compensation processes.

Developed and implemented programs and procedures to ensure compliance to
