Bozeman, Montana 11/2012-present

Machine maintenance and environmental equipment repair, welding, minor

machining of obsolete parts for equipment, preventive maintenance,

carpentry, plumbing, and all facets of industrial repairs. I work closely

with machinist in machine shop on any repairs to insure that there is

minimal downtime. Work with Maintenance Manager to improve the facility in

operation and help to find ways to cut costs and increase productivity. Am

scheduled to begin working with Fadal Supervisor to increase my knowledge

of operational process of the Fadal equipment for future repair.

Maintenance Manager/Building Superintendent; A. S. Trust

Great Falls, Montana 9/2008-11/2012

All property related to the trust is under my immediate care. As General

Manager I schedule all maintenance related items such as Boiler repair;

electrical; plumbing; all framing; construction; and remodeling of

approximately 137 units in 3 apartment complexes. Under my care the

profitability of the properties is up 44% and costs down 47%. Efficiency is

up in all areas of operations thru use of radios to communicate with all

personnel, Use of new Monthly Rent Rolls Program developed by myself and

Office Manager, training maintenance staff on procedures so we can do

repairs in house, purchasing new tools and equipment to aid in 24/7

emergency repairs, and re-negotiation of prior contracts with contractors.

By evaluating and observing each vendor I was able to cut costs while

increasing services from new vendors and getting 1 and 3 year contracts.

Allowed competition for contracts that had been assigned to friends for

years; thus saving 15% in labor costs in the first 6 months. In charge of a

4 person team that has the highest regards for safety, productivity, and

efficiency.

Manage all aspects of maintenance and production for 5 feed mills in 4

cities; Billings (2 plants), Miles City (1 plant), Lewistown (1 plant),

Great Falls (1 plant); with keen focus on setting up a preventive

maintenance schedule, compliance, productivity, safety, administration, and

efficiency. Over saw all production employees (approx. 67 production

employees, 4 supervisors, and 8 maintenance personnel). Was responsible for

an annual maintenance budget ($275,000), maintain all appropriate safety,

trucking log books, and maintenance documentation. Liaise with existing and

potential customers and advocate customer needs to senior management to

increase quality in our feed products. Foster team-oriented environment and

mentor staff to perform at highest levels. Collaborate with 4 plant

managers to increase production and boost safety. Assist with various

mechanical repairs and oversee truck fleet and equipment. Interact with
