settings. Key functions include tracking software license usage across a national/global organization, providing

o Supporting the United States Army Corps of Engineers, (USACE) capital planning process to include budget

analysis, administration of budget documentation and calculating the amount owed by USACE District’s for

software license usage in support of the ESLP’s fee-for-service (FFS) component.
