Tennessee. Injection Closed Mold Supervisor was responsible for integration, start-up, development and management

production team. The Lamination Supervisor is responsible for meeting production in the gel coat, mold building, mold

repair and lamination departments.

Production/ Operations Highlights

Production and Manufacturing Move (08/2011 to 8/2012)

SL Tennessee built a new production facility for the Molding Department. Supported and managed transfer of manufacturing without missing production

requirements through inventory increase and drawdown.

Gel Coat Research (2008 to 2009)

Developed and researched testing on all Gel Coat products from seven manufactures to reduce warranty claims to $250,000 from $1 million per year. Gel coat

results were presented to the 2009 ABEX convention in Miami, Florida.

Closed Molding Production Line (2004 to 2006)

Sea Ray developed and bought two patented processes to develop the first Closed Molding Production Line. I oversaw the integration of two prototype

manufacturing processes into a production line to produce fiberglass boat. Two models were developed and reached a production of 110 per week.

System for Integration of New Product in Production (1996 to 1998)

Sea Ray Boats had no set process of integration of new models into production. Created a system to move new models from prototype to production and

reduced the cost and time involved in new model integration. Cost reduced by $50,000 and time reduced by two months per model.
