bleached Kraft pulp.
. Instituting various cost cutting measures in order to control production
costs in raw materials usage, effective labour utilization, usage of spares
and maintenance over time.
. Provide the Director with accurate and timeous reports on the factory's
monthly performance in terms production, sales, stockholding levels and
factory breakdown records against the budget.
. Ensuring that production targets are achieved and orders are delivered on
time.
Ensure that adequate staffing is available to execute operational plans
and that manning levels are at specification.
. Accountable for the duties of the Production Manager, Maintenance
Engineer, Sales Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Personnel Officer as
