DESCRIPTION:

The electronic module (EM) is basically a control module

used in anti tank munition. This senses the movement of a tank and

generates the fire signal to the explosives. Basically the EM is integrated

with a land mine which will be dropped from aircraft's.

REMOTE TERMINAL UNIT:

DESCRIPTION:

The remote terminal unit (RTU) is basically a data

logging unit. This takes the parameters like power supply to the mobile

tower from solar, diesel generator, battery and EB supply, and process

those and transmit the same to a central web server. The RTU works with a

rabbit microcontroller. The parameters are received and converted through a

16-bit ADC. The data will be transmitted through a GSM/GPRS modem. Some of

the parameters will be sending through SMS also. The data to the web server

is transmitted through GPRS.

DECOY LAUNCHER LCP UNIT:

DESCRIPTION:

The Launch Control Panel (LCP) is designed to launch the decoy

from the Decoy Launcher manually in emergency mode and electrically as

well. The decoy Launcher consists of 10 tubes and the LCP is capable of

operating each of these 10 tubes independently. Interlock key is provided

for emergency local firing of decoys. Launch enables is indicated for

particular barrel only after all the safety parameters are complied. Decoy

can be fired using manual buttons which operate only in mechanical mode

without power supply.

STATION CLOCK SYSTEM

DESCRIPTION:

The Station Clock System (SCS) is a time distribution

system, which takes the GPS time and distributes the time through Ethernet.

The system consists of three modules, Time Receiver Unit (TRU), Master Time

Generator (MTG), and Large Time Display (Ltd). The TRU receives the GPS

data and transmits to the MTG through rs-422 protocol. From the so received

data the MTG will extract the time and data parameters and will send it to

the LTD's through Ethernet. The LTD simply receives the time stamp and

displays it on a large display format.

the flight position parameters and to display the various commands entered

by the pilot. Here obsolesce of the display was addressed with the latest

equivalent of the IC.

part of the CIP (Control and Insertion Panel) unit. This card is used to

display the failures of various parts of the craft. And this acts as an

interface between storage and retrieval of some flight parameters to and

from an external memory module. Here also obsolesce of the display was

addressed with the latest equivalent of the IC.

ASTRA (REMA-25) - ROTORY ELECTRO MECHANICAL ACTUATOR

DESCRIPTION:

This actuator is specially designed for air to

air missile for ASTRA project. This actuator is having the BLDC motor which

is used to decide the motion of the missile with the help of DSP

controller. The main objective of the projects is to design and develop

the Dsp based motion controller (i.e. TMS320F2807). The project involves

design of Hardware as well as software to interface the external

peripherals or modules (i.e. PWM, ADC, Resistive wiper Feedback)

integration provides developers with easy-to-use, single-chip designs for

ASTRA missile control system. Here BLDC motor shaft position is captured

from Hall sensor signals.

10KVA SINGLE PHASE SOLAR INVERTER

DESCRIPTION:

The solar inverter performs the conversion of the variable DC output of the

Photovoltaic (PV) module(s) into a clean sinusoidal 50Hz AC current that

is then applied directly to the grid electrical network which can with

stand up to 10KVA.Load is shared by grid and Solar, Power is fed to grid if

load is not sufficient. inverter is OFF grid automatically bypasses

directly to load.
