Position.

As a Management Associate for MGM Resorts International, I have supported over 60,000 employees in

regards to Compensation and Benefits. I am not just seeking a job; I am seeking an opportunity where I can

become a valued member of an organizational family within an organization.

I am increasingly aware of the challenges, barriers, and complexities that many employers are facing

surrounding the issue of building bench strength with new ‘top talent’ or even replacing human asset loses from

attrition. I have the education and experience in other industries as a Human Resources Manager and all the

functions that come with running smaller HR Departments.
