Responsibilities focused on providing an annual product set for the various
lines of business. Knowledge of all aspects of financial management of
these products as well as technical direction was a critical component of

. Established monthly communications forum with all seven lines of business
which provided for transparent information flow on telecommunications
services expenses.
. Established automated internal billing system to provide more timely
financial information, as part of six-member task force.

Managed day-to-day planning and project management for global Wide Area
networks. Responsible for corporate-wide Video Teleconferencing
