Field Services Manager
FCC Environmental - Baltimore, MD - December 2012 to April 2013
As the Field Services Manager, it was my direct responsibility for supervising the overall operations of the FCC
field services department in the Tri-State area. In this position, I coordinated and manage the resources to
successfully carry out field services jobs. This included but was not limited to coordinating, implementing and /
or performing services for system equipment installation, truck dispatching, emergency spill response, vehicle
maintenance and repairs. This position worked with established SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) with
specific safety and environmental policies as stated by the Field Services Director, Plant Manager, EH&S
managers and Branch Managers.
Position Responsibilities:Enhanced the full range of industrial service offerings which included: tank cleaning,
confined space entry, high pressure washing, commodity transfers, waste transportation, spill response,
environmental remediation, in-plant services, lab packing, high-volume vacuum services, sewer letting/line
cleaning, waste management and disposal. Logistical positioning and coordination of personnel to projects
on a territory basis, utilizing timely and cost effective methods. Improved and expanded the field technician
management structure/system, with a focus on improving training methodologies to ensure the company
provided clients with the best and most experienced personnel in the industry.
Managed upwards of twelve technicians daily. Daily interface with branch operations, EHS managers and
plant management team members relating to services projects.
Environmental Project Manager/Environmental Tech
Tidewater Inc - 2011 to 2012
Managed construction sub-contractors from multiple disciplines; organized and kept track of all project
details and budgets.Coordinated vendor and subcontractor pricing with subcontract manager. Coordinated
project schedule details and updates with schedule manager. Performed post bid assembly and post project
analysis.Worked closely with Tidewater Program Manager to provide weekly updates. Managed Geo-Probe
well installation projects, obtained well permits/closure reports, as well as sight management for large scale
decon/pre demo work for gov agencies such as the USDA.

Jacobs Technology Inc. - APG MD - 2009 to 2009
2009: Supervised the removal and replacement of 438 above ground storage tanks at Aberdeen Proving
Grounds, Aberdeen Test Center. Work Included identifying problem tanks, rendering tanks safe for recycling,
implementing temporary storage for product, bidding tank replacement, and installation of new tanks and
related hardware. ($1.4 Million)
-Successfully ran environmental programs including: Wetlands delineation, recycling, bald-eagle program,
E&S inspections (yellow card certified), haz waste operations, UST/AST program mngt.
Project Engineer
Marcor Remediation - Baltimore, MD - 2008 to 2008
2008: Supervised the removal of 8,000 tons of arsenic-contaminated soil. Work included import of 60,000 tons
of clean fill and grading of 13,000 cubic yards. Responsible for daily inspections, safety briefs, sub-contractor
oversight, and directly assisting project manager. Additional work involved installation of a new HDPE storm
drain, building four new ball fields, installation of utilities, creation of a bike path, and installation of an irrigation
system. ($3.1 million)
Project Engineer
Marcor Remediation - 2007 to 2008
Over four years of environmental/construction experience, including years in the environmental contracting
industry working on a variety of projects, such as hazardous material management, mold and asbestos
inspections, waste water compliance, wetlands delineation, unexploded ordinance remediation, petroleum-
contaminated soil remediation, tank removal and installation, soil/air/water monitoring, well permitting,
sediment and erosion control inspections, proposal preparation, recycling program management, and project/
program management. Responsibilities included development and implementation of site-specific work plans,
health and safety plans, and quality control plans; management of sub-contractors, program management/
environmental compliance; communication with clients and representatives; and interfacing with inspectors
and/or regulatory agencies.

MARCOR/JACOBS/TIDEWATER - Phoenix, MD - 2006 to 2006
Exxon Retail Gas Station Soil & Groundwater Remediationfor excavation and installation of pump/well vaults,
backfilling, and placement/finishing of concrete around all vaults. The project also required brush removal,
assisting with setup of thermal desorption and soil vapor extraction units, and support for sampling procedures.
($1.55 million)
Tidewater Inc-USDA Animal Testing Laboratory Decontamination (Ames, IA) 2011-2012: Assisted and
Supervised in para-formaldehyde decontamination of USDA animal testing laboratories. Work Included
decontamination of 36 lab modules, establishment of hot and cold zones, site security, air monitoring, sealing
of HVAC and other related utilities, and sub-contractor oversight. ($2.3 Million)
