Expatriate Tax Manager (November 2009 to June 2012): Supervised expatriate tax program to ensure compliance with

Sarbanes-Oxley. Acted as subject matter expert for temporary and permanent employee transfers. Reconciled global

expatriate tax accruals and presented them at quarterly expatriate meeting. Researched and determined tax liability for global

employee travel. Liaison between PwC and Mentor Graphics to ensure all tax filing requirements were met. Responded to

tax notices from the IRS and state tax authorities. Assisted with German and IRS payroll tax audits.

Senior International Tax Analyst (December 2008 to November 2009): Reconciled global tax reporting packages using excel macros,

essbase and SAP. Determined amount of Subpart F income and foreign owned inventory in the US. Prepared summary of relevant

changes in law memo for Sarbanes-Oxley. Gathered information for 5471 filing requirements and reviewed for accuracy. Determined

foreign tax credit amount for our Taiwanese office. Prepared responses for a Canadian income tax audit.

RESOURCE RECYCLING TECHNOLOGIES NORTH AMERICA, LLC (BELLEVUE, WA)

Contract Administrator (February 2008 to November 2008): Administered agreements with subcontractors. Reviewed

subcontract agreements for prepping and extraction of copper cables. Assisted with the preparation of a tax restructuring memo

involving the creation of an off-shore corporation. Assisted with the creation of two Cayman Island entities.

DELOITTE TAX LLP (PORTLAND, OR)

International Tax Staff (June 2005 to February 2008): Prepared and reviewed 1040, 1120 and 5471 tax returns. Audited client

financial statements pursuant to SEC regulations. Researched and prepared client memos regarding the domestic and

international tax consequences of entity restructuring for corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. Prepared memos involving A,

B, C, and D type reorganizations. Prepared memo involving the tax consequences of a sale of a partnership interest. Prepared

memo regarding self-employment taxes in relation to choice of entity matters.

Of Counsel Attorney (August 2004 to June 2005): Performed legal research. Consulted clients regarding choice of entity

matters. Conducted potential client interviews in English and Spanish. Prepared a memo regarding the tax implications of
