production testing, and acceptance, start-up, commissioning, quality control and budget administration
for combustion turbine power plants.

Establish a program for the development and implementation of training for future maintenance craft at
the nuclear waste vitrification facilities currently under construction within Department of Energy and
other regulatory agency orders, standards and guides. Create a team of professional training staff to work
with engineering and design teams to ensure quality training is developed using a graded approach and
task analysis to support maintenance technician qualification on nuclear facility systems, structures and
components. Certified as Instructor at Nuclear Power Training Unit, Charleston, South Carolina,
instructing nuclear plant subject material including Heat Transfer, Fluid Flow, Thermodynamics, Core
Physics and Construction, Plant Operations and Maintenance. Awarded Master Training Specialist
designation. Coordinate the activities of a group of training staff including curriculum development and
scheduling
Quality Assurance and Safety
Certified as Quality Assurance Supervisor, Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory Schenectady, NY and
