Provided a variety of complex administrative and support functions related to the operation of multiple
employee benefits. Managed employee benefit enrollment processing and ensured HR E-Doc
transactions were processed accurately and in a timely manner. Conducted orientation of new
employees. Prepared and communicated information to employees on benefits programs, procedures,
changes and government mandated disclosures. Coordinated transfer of data internally and externally to
