Benefits Administrator (2008 – May 2012)

Provided a variety of complex administrative and support functions related to the operation of multiple

employee benefits. Managed employee benefit enrollment processing and ensured HR E-Doc

transactions were processed accurately and in a timely manner. Conducted orientation of new

employees. Prepared and communicated information to employees on benefits programs, procedures,

changes and government mandated disclosures. Coordinated transfer of data internally and externally to

vendors, plan providers, auditors and consultants. Provided customer service to employees and

associated family members. Monitored and maintained employee benefits data in HRIS (Deltek).
