Served as project and program manager responsible for the implementation of

diversity training, diversity communications including website management,

and all diversity employee resource group activities including diversity

councils and affinity groups. Researched and monitored industry progress

related to employee resource groups, communications, training and current

events related to diversity. Oversaw the implementation of internal

diversity related programs. Developed Key's Executive Women's Network and
