Proactively prepare and enable stakeholders, staff and incoming staff while concurrently streamlining cost
effective solutions for the company’s 400% growth.
Key Achievements (not limited to):
• Developed first Human Resources Department at Corporate office from ground up, eventually
managing HR functions for 7 offices across the US for 400+ employees and appropriate dealings with
independent contractors and consultants. Directed talent recruitment, orientation, employee dismissals

Payroll, salary, bonuses, commissions, taxes, 1099s and W-2s (2007-2009, then train staff/oversight) and
Administrate as Corporate Information Security Officer (CISO) i.e., conducting Federal background checks
(2006-2010, then train staff/oversight).
• Workforce planning by development update to all programs, policies, procedures, forms and training
programs for HR Department and Organization, providing evidenced increased morale and enhanced
career/succession planning. Champion Diversity goals and ensure fair labor practices. Created first
Progressive Discipline policy. Design and oversight of 360 Annual Review program, others evaluations as
appropriate. Designed Tuition Policy with comprehensive updates, implemented process and controls.
• Handle all DOL, OFCCP and all State/Federal Audits with zero infractions. Initiated/conducted full scale
annual HR audits. Exquisite analysis and responses all potential labor/employee litigation claims, in
collaboration with attorneys, for EEOC claims, workers compensation, disability matters, etc. All dropped
pre litigation.
• Developed, designed and deployed first HRIS/ATS/ESS. Developed first (and on-line) Employee
Handbook, design incorporating countless unique policies, within legal scope. Initiated and developed:
AAP Program, EAP Program, DFWP Program and Training(s). Consultant in design(s) and for deployment(s)
of new systems: Cost Accounting, Expense and on-line Training.
