PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
During my tenure at Sposato Landscape Co., Inc. I initiated and
successfully drove the sourcing of seasonal workforce from Puerto Rico
eliminating the need of additional H2B workers. Additionally, played a key
role in the success of the second satellite branch while maintaining core
responsibilities in the main office and one satellite branch. Lastly, led
the revision, update, and implementation of company's handbook in
