Market Human Resource Manager -Supported 4000 employees in the southern

Arkansas area to include 15 retail stores. Worked directly with two Market

Managers and over 150 Assistant Sales Managers, Shift Managers and Store

Managers. Generalist duties included recruitment, staffing, training and

development, affirmative action and safety. Strategized and managed
