• Superintendant and Quality Control (QC) manager for R&J Commercial

Contractors (Federal contract on Camp Lejeune, NC). Successfully managed to

recover a project that was understaffed, behind schedule, previously

mismanaged and over budget. Delivered the project on budget and on time

without increasing labor through ingenuity, re-planning, implementing sound

construction principles, improved scheduling protocols and better coordinating

sub-contractors.

Very familiar and comfortable with working in a military environment and

capacity both as a civilian and as a veteran.

• HVAC Lead Man: for Chianelli Building Construction (CBC): Completed complex

HVAC projects through intense scrutiny of blueprint discipline, cooperatively

working and communicating with other contractors to ensure coordinated efforts

and using sensible oversight management. I contributed schematic designs to

headquarters for project parts to be manufactured for project completion.

• Singularly created and implemented a guitar instruction class for the MWR

department of Camp Lejeune Marine Base. I successfully initiated the project and

saw it to completion and instructed the class myself.

• United States Air Force Dental Technician / Field Medic for over four years in

Sembach Air Base, Germany and in Torrejon Air Base, Spain, where I was

trained in leadership and quality management skills. I was a part of a three man

crew that voluntarily took over the forensic dental team, and also was in charge

of creating various instructional classes to be given on related duties.

• Took charge as a Foreman for Locke Construction accomplishing and delegating

tasks and made plan changing decisions based on situational awareness while

maintaining rigid budget constraints.
