transition assistance, career counseling, relocation
information and other services provide by the Airman &
Family Readiness Center
. Ensure material is displayed at the center and report
any damage or missing materials
. Be responsible for using Family Integrated Results and
Statistical Tracking System(AFFIRST) to check in and out
resource materials, verifying customer (ID., military,
civilian, family members) and place a follow-up phone
calls for overdue materials
. Make sure all the audio equipment is turn on and off
properly in the classroom
. Update information in each brochures, print, publicize
and display
. Responsible for safeguarding all government property is
locked up and secure at the end of each work day
