. Ensure Discovery Resource Center is opened; lights and

17 computer workstations turned on and functioning at

the beginning of each duty day; bring up main menus on

computers, ensure 3 printers paper is loaded; and sign-

in log is available

. Make sure all the customers are taken care in a mannerly

time

. Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and

software programs

. Maintain frequently-used e-mail to A&FRC customer for

workshop offered at the center and reminders

. Perform minor troubleshooting on computers, scanners,

any equipment related to DRC

. Knowledge of AFFIRST and certified CAC user

. Screen between 20 to 25 telephone calls a day

. Schedule appointment for use of the classroom

. Schedule customer to different workshops

. Teach employment workshop classes

. Classroom instruction skills; ability to create and

follow lesson plans

. Develop and maintain electronic bulletin board in DRC

. Communication skills appropriate in a professional

social service environment

. Assist with preparation, set-up, and tear down of each

workshop

. Provide referral service to client seeking assistance

with services such as family life education, financial,

parenting, relationship problems, change management,

transition assistance, career counseling, relocation

information and other services provide by the Airman &

Family Readiness Center

. Ensure material is displayed at the center and report

any damage or missing materials

. Be responsible for using Family Integrated Results and

Statistical Tracking System(AFFIRST) to check in and out

resource materials, verifying customer (ID., military,

civilian, family members) and place a follow-up phone

calls for overdue materials

. Make sure all the audio equipment is turn on and off

properly in the classroom

. Update information in each brochures, print, publicize

and display

. Responsible for safeguarding all government property is

locked up and secure at the end of each work day
