Direct all labor and employment legal matters for billion-

dollar corporation employing 4000 in 70 locations. Manage

outside counsel and defend civil and administrative matters

including EEOC and state cases, Wage Hour claims and traditional

labor matters including representation cases, decertifications,

collective bargaining, arbitrations and contract administration.

Managed Teamster organizing campaigns in California and Texas.
