Job Description -

Forecasting, turnover of cover, sales, tables, food and beverage,

To undertake regular training session to setting higher standard of service on and off the job,

To carry out constant public relation with the guest during service and off the service with corporate, and repeat customer

To remain servile against pilferage, theft and revenue leakage,

To coordinate with kitchen, also with front office and finance department,

To remain present during briefing and time to time give valuable advice to conduct briefing in a more organized way,

To recommend staff for promotion and develop other motivational program mes for the staff,

To keep a control over inventory of equipment, breakage and appropriate replenishment,

To relentlessly strive for improvement of turnover and performance of the restaurant,

To give necessary instruction to supervisory staff about plans and policies of the management, VIP arrival, special parties and any other important matter,

To check the staff position, attendance, punctuality, grooming and redeployment according to the need of the day.

EDUCATION

Professional Qualification – Three years Diploma in Hotel Management from I.H.M, Meerut.

Academic Qualification - Graduation from Meerut University.
