Controller /VP Latin America Div. – Accountable for all phases of Accounting and Financial Operations for multiple Latin American manufacturing division with a net worth of well over $785 million combined, worked in San Paulo, Brazil as an expatriate for two years managing several ongoing projects.

Analyze financial performance of International Subsidiaries. Research variances of key financial indicators from P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-flow compared to budget and forecast, ensure financial reporting information and consolidation was in compliance with all applicable GAAP, SOX and IFRS requirements.
