Administer cash management and budgeting, biweekly payroll processing for 300
employees and approve all disbursements, wire transfers and loan payments.
Additional responsibilities include the Indirect Cost Rate Calcuations for federal
grants and preparation of the annual 990 tax return.

• Initiated and installed a Biometric Time Clock for hourly employees which reduced

KN Energy Services (1998-2001) Responsible for implementing internal controls over
the collection of outstanding accounts receivables and utilized forensic audit techniques
to book over $1 million in unrecorded revenue. Horn, Wallace & Cole (1997-1998)
joint venture oil and gas audits (Samedan) and an acquisition analysis project for
Corestaff Services.
