Research Assistant: Probabilistic safety assessment of common cause failure (CCF)

• Comprehensive understanding of fault tree, event tree, cause-effect diagram and parametric models.

• Improved the accuracy of CCF parameter and failure rate estimation via statistical approaches.

• Proposed multivariate Poisson model for CCF analysis with less uncertainty.

• Combined Bayesian method with traditional data mapping for plant-specific evaluation.
